Three Sites You Should Be Reading

Here are some of the sites I check on a daily basis.  They house some of the best information on fitness and nutrition you can find.

1. Testosterone –  This site is a great congregation of some hyper-intelligent authors, which means a wealth of weight training knowledge.  Some of the information is for powerlifting and bodybuilding, but a lot of the information is very helpful in understanding more about exercise science.  That being said, many of the contributors train athletes and are some of the best in the game.  Check out the forum for a lot of additional information and discussion.

2. Straight to the – Scott Bird is a photographer and fitness enthusiast.  He runs the site with a handful of other contributors, and together they amass a ton of great links and content.  They post so much that it is hard to keep up.

3. The Fit – Kevin Larrabee and the gang put out a great show every week covering fitness and nutrition questions from the listeners.  Kevin knows his stuff and has an all star support cast that can answer your toughest questions.  The show is long so it is great for morning commutes.  Check out this site to read Kevin’s blog updates as well.

    Check out Great workout demos and great workouts (although sometimes a little more insane than your average ultimate player would want but they have some great ideas.
