Adding Cressey’s Favorites To Your Training
So most of what Eric Cressey says is good, IS good. (When music in his gym is the topic, I tend to disagree) Recently Cressey posted an article on T-Nation about his Favorite Exercises. My fave of his picks is definitely Recoiled Rollover Stomps! I like to alternate this with Medicine Ball Overhead Tosses 3 x 10 of each. Take a gander at the list.
