Cressey

So most of what Eric Cressey says is good, IS good.  (When music in his gym is the topic, I tend to disagree)  Recently Cressey posted an article on T-Nation about his Favorite Exercises.  My fave of his picks is definitely Recoiled Rollover Stomps!  I like to alternate this with Medicine Ball Overhead Tosses 3 x 10 of each.  Take a gander at the list.

Cressey’s Favorite Exercises

Post your faves in the comments, whether or not it is on the list.

Enjoying the site so far. It offers a lot of information especially focusing on injury prevention and skill related lifting – two very important things for athletes to focus on. However, there is a lot of information on your linked sites that may be difficult to incorporate without the tailored advice from a trainer. It may benefit readers if you could offer up some strategies to include some of these exercises into a normal lifting or even practice schedule – especially for the busy college student athlete. (How often each week, scheduling around practice or track workouts, which workouts to pair, etc.)

    Thanks.

Seems like a lot to ask to expect someone to come up with cookie cutters based on every thing he links…

Hadn’t even seen this list from EC..thanks.
