UltiTraining Presents: Ultimate Performance Program with Athletic Performance Inc

April 21, 2009

I am excited to announce a partnership with UltiTraining.com and Athletic Performance Inc to provide a powerful Ultimate specific training regimen for the players in the Minneapolis area.  API is a great training center known for their non-traditional programming, known as “Caveman Training”, and for the extreme conditioning results they get from their athletes.  They have trained several world champions including Brock Lesnar and Shawn Sherk of the UFC.  Here’s a high level description from Scott Ramsdell, the President of API:

The Ultimate Performance Program presented by API in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota is a one of a kind, sports specific program tailored for the Ultimate Frisbee Athlete.  This eight-week, sixteen session program focuses on developing the strength and cardiovascular energy systems required for this grueling sport.  Each hour long session includes a sport specific flexibility program followed by a speed and agility program designed to improve the agility of the Ultimate Frisbee athlete.  Following the speed and agility portion of the program, a sport specific strength segment will take place with a high intensity cardiovascular conditioning element rounding out the hour.  This one of a kind program will take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 9 pm to 10 pm.  This program will start mid-May and will continue through mid-July.  The cost of this complete program will be based on the number of participants (only 20 spots available) ranging from $150 per person to $200 per person.

I’m very exciting to having this offer available to the teams in the Minneapolis area.  The chance to train hard in a group atmosphere at such a great price for a customer program is practically unheard of.  Please let me know if you are interested and we can get you signed up today!
