So I have been in conditioning mode recently. Trying to make sure that I get in shape for tryouts and also cut some body fat (which is going well by the way, 183 this morning). I have thought about doing some jump rope for fun and I just so happened to come across a cardio article at T-Nation that includes jump rope. The article is called 7 Cardio Drills That Don’t Suck. What interests me the most is Buddy Lee. Buddy is insane with the jump rope, like whoa.
