Exploring and Testing Your Workout Structure

Generic programming can help you get started, but reacting to what your body is saying to you about your training is the path to success.  The process can get tricky as far as, understanding how much you should push yourself and how much time you need to recover from an intense workout.  Kelly Baggett has put together a great article that covers a list of things to think about when you put your program together, along with some options for how to structure your workout.
